CROSSFIT
CrossFit — constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity — is the ultimate cure to workout boredom.
Each class is different from the day prior and follows our proven format:
1) Warm-up to get your body loose;
2) Coach-led strength or skill workouts to build muscle and increase mobility; and
3) Perform a unique CrossFit Metcon (Workout of the day/WOD). Every workout is accessible for all fitness levels yet remains challenging to complete.
COMPETITION
This Saturday Competition class challenges our members to perform a variety of high-intensity workouts in a fun, competitive environment. You don’t need to be an elite athlete to participate, but we do require members to have at least six months of CrossFit experience to attend this class.
ENDURANCE
Our Sunday Endurance class offers a customized blend of aerobic and anaerobic exercises specifically designed to increase fitness capacity.
open gym
We take a community-first perspective, which means that while open gym is available, members understand and respect that space and equipment are prioritized for classes first and might need to adjust accordingly.
Fitness has no pre- or post-season: your wellbeing is always in season. Community is the catalyst that makes fitness stick and become a life-long habit.

The newest offering to our members is on-site access to licensed physical therapist, Dr. Troy Kress. As a committed member of our 5am workout crew since 2019, Troy trains and coaches here, and now leads our sister company, Prescribed Physical Therapy. His professional credentials and personal experience in CrossFit make him an ideal addition to our team. He lives and understands the same active lifestyle of our members and will serve as a valuable asset to those who require PT support, while also giving our community practical guidance on how best to avoid injury.
